Sender & recipient details
Full names, phone numbers, origin and destination addresses, and email where available. The sender name should match the identification presented.

SHIPMENT DOCUMENTATION & IDENTITY VERIFICATION
Prepare a clear shipment record with our team: sender and recipient details, package measurements, an itemized contents register, identity-check information and a service invoice.
Start with a quote request ↗BEFORE HANDOVER
Full names, phone numbers, origin and destination addresses, and email where available. The sender name should match the identification presented.
Describe each item, quantity and declared unit value, and identify which numbered package contains it. Measure and weigh every packed box.
Review the goods declaration, agreed service, charges and handover arrangements with our team. Receiving an inquiry reference does not confirm acceptance or dispatch.
PRIVATE SENDER IDENTIFICATION
Our intake process requests the sender’s Ghana Card information, including the name, document number, issuing country and expiry date. Ask the team how the required external NIA verification will be completed before handing over goods.
A card number, photocopy or visual inspection alone is not an NIA authenticity check. The management record captures the external verification reference and the staff member recording it.
Our intake process requests an accepted government-issued photo ID, such as a passport, state ID or driver’s license. Confirm the appropriate document with the team before handover.
This is AMERIGANA’s sender-identification process. Do not submit Social Security numbers or send identity documents through the public quote form.
Identity verification is completed through the agreed private intake process. This website is not directly connected to NIA or a US government identity database.
YOUR SHIPMENT PAPERWORK
A shipment reference links numbered packages, item descriptions, quantities, declared values and handover events in the staff management system.
Your invoice identifies the parties and shipment, lists service charges, discounts and any reviewed tax amount, and shows recorded payments and the balance. Declared goods values are separate from shipping charges.
Staff record operational stages, handover notes and the person acknowledging delivery. Contact the team with your shipment reference for an update.
A service invoice and item register do not replace any required carrier document, commercial invoice, customs declaration or export filing. Confirm shipment-specific documentation with the team.
CARE FOR YOUR INFORMATION
Identity collection requires an explanation of its purpose and a recorded consent. Full document numbers entered through staff intake are encrypted. Routine staff records display the last four characters, and full-number access is restricted and logged.
Identity numbers and card copies are excluded from customer invoices. Ask our team about retention and review arrangements. Do not place ID numbers in general shipment notes, email, WhatsApp or the public inquiry form.
